Complaint Policy


The complaint process for all is as follows:

Must take 24 Hours to cool down (this is for all parents, players, team management etc)

1st step:

Bring the concern/ complain to your team manager. All complaints and concerns must be in written form, this must include where, what, when etc. Manager will advise the Head & Assistant Coach of the issue. 

Complaints and concerns should first be dealt with in team, if this is not handled satisfactory please submit written copy to lillooetsoccer@gmail.com
